Name
Rapid Exit Diversion
Description

Diversion is a practice used to assist people in resolving their immediate housing crisis by accessing alternatives to entering emergency shelter or unsheltered living. Diversion services and rapid exit from shelter have the greatest impact on the response to ending homelessness. Targeted Diversion services offer light-touch services with limited financial assistance that assists and encourages households to identify their own solutions to housing crises.
