Ronda is responsible for providing housing navigation services through Rapid Exit and Diversion strategies within Wexford and Missaukee counties. Ronda Graduated from Spring arbor University with a bachelor’s in management and organizational Development. During my time at SAU I did my thesis on Grant Writing and wrote a mock grant for use in my field at that time. Ronda has experience working with DV victims as she worked locally at an organization who assisted victims of DV and SA. Ronda Joined NMCAA in April of 2022 and has been active in the community outreach and enjoys her job immensely. There is nothing greater than housing a client and diverting them out of the homeless system.
