This session will explain new, innovative practices created to improve services to the homeless. Join us to learn new ways that data is being shared in Michigan. Gain new insights into characteristics of Michigan’s homeless population such as utilization and demographics. Find out about tools being implemented to help support CoCs in their efforts. Finally, this session provides an opportunity to consider agency policies for the exchange of data to improve health and housing.
