Lynn Hendges is the manager of the MDHHS Housing and Homeless Services Division. She oversees a broad portfolio of emergency and long-term housing grant programs including Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, Emergency Shelter, Street Outreach, SOAR, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and Homeless and Runaway Youth. Lynn and her team have spent the last several years developing strategies for matching and sharing data and developing tools to prioritize and better support unhoused individuals and improve service delivery.
