Gabriel Biber is a Certified Human Resource Specialist who began applying asset-based community development principles at the local level through community organizing around urban farms, before shifting focus to housing and homelessness. Over the past ten years, Gabriel has guided community collaboration on behalf of Haven House, an emergency homeless shelter for families, and currently chairs the Strategic Planning Committee of the Capital Region Housing Collaborative. Gabriel also serves as the Vice Chairperson for the Ingham County Farmland and Open Space Preservation Advisory Board.
