Description

Hear from four individuals with lived experience of homelessness and substance use who found support through harm reduction services. Panelists will share their unique journeys, the barriers they faced, and the interventions that made a difference. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of harm reduction, the importance of meeting people where they are, and how trust, dignity, and compassionate care can create pathways to improved health, housing, recovery, and long-term stability. This session will challenge stigma while offering practical insights to strengthen person-centered services.
