Jessica Halstead is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified building analyst. She has 18 years experience in residential construction, 12 years in nonprofit housing & community development. She has been at Habitat for Humanity of Michigan for 8 years, administering several grant programs, educating and training Habitat affiliates, and developed manuals and programs for safety, education, and training. Jessica has been working on developing relationships with other organizations to serve families holistically through health and safety in housing pilots. She has led a health and safety subcommittee helped advocate and educator legislators in favor of the governors $5M budget proposal.
