The first part of the session will be a quick start guide to low and no cost diversion alongside integration of diversion into the Coordinated Entry Workflow. Support documents along with a sample CE workflow will be provided to participants. The second half of the session will focus on break out groups and case studies that will be supported by current Diversion Specialists who have participated in the Train the Trainer.
