Nicki is a Housing Consultant with Great Lakes Housing Services. She has over 19 years experience in Housing most recently employed with the Grand Traverse Band as the Housing Director/Development Manager, where she was instrumental in receiving Low Income Housing Tax Credits for two projects for the Tribe. Nicki received her bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University and is a certified Professional Indian Housing Manager. Passionate about providing safe, healthy, and affordable housing for all, Nicki serves as a member of the FHLBI Affordable Housing Advisory Council. A lifelong resident of the Traverse City area, she primarily works with local governments, non-profits and Tribes throughout Northern Michigan and the entire Upper Peninsula.
