Great Lakes Housing Services (GLHS) is a nonprofit corporation that, in the coming years, will utilize potential funding provided to position itself to provide a variety of housing-related services to communities, and other partners. The Statewide Housing Plan indicates that too many communities lack the bandwidth or capacity to prepare for and/or attract housing development and there are organizations interested in housing development but need guidance and support.  In response, GLHS has established a consulting services team to work alongside local units of government and their nonprofit partners.  This session will outline the services GLHS provides and how we can assist your community with its housing projects.
