Dakota Riehl, Senior Real Estate Development Manager for ICCF Community Homes, has been working to develop beautiful, sustainable, and affordable housing throughout West Michigan for over 8 years. Her work at ICCF has covered the full spectrum of housing development activities including fund development, site evaluation/acquisition, community engagement, and project design. Dakota leads ICCF's Community Homes Land Trust program and acts as its Principal Real Estate Broker.
Before working at ICCF, Dakota worked in the Grand Rapids area to empower youth through employment opportunities, career training, and food security. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and her Master’s in Public Administration: Non-Profit Management and Leadership from Grand Valley State University.
