This session highlights a new MSHDA-led community of practice pilot engaging three RHPs to co-design tools and strategies that strengthen regional collaboration. Through focus groups, interviews, and applied technical assistance, the pilot is producing deliverables that can be adapted across Michigan’s diverse communities to support the entire network.
