Kiera Quigley is a program manager with the Thome Aging Well Initiative at Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, Kiera supports grantees piloting innovative programs focused on safeguarding the health, stability, and well-being of older adults living in affordable housing. Previously at Enterprise, Kiera served as program manager for decarbonization, and supported Enterprise's programmatic efforts to equitably decarbonize affordable housing in the U.S.
Before joining Enterprise, Kiera gained a range of experience in the field of environmental justice. Most recently, she was a graduate research fellow at Yale University, where she investigated spatial patterns of food access and green stormwater infrastructure in Michigan communities with implications for racial and economic justice. Kiera also has experience in urban climate solutions addressing extreme heat and flooding in formerly redlined neighborhoods across the U.S.
Kiera holds a master of environmental management degree from the Yale School of the Environment and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
