Roxanne Case attended Bowling Green State University and moved to Michigan in the 80s. She has extensive background in marketing and business management. She has been with the Ingham County Land Bank for over 15 years, and as Executive Director believes that the Land Bank's work is important to neighborhoods, by eliminating blight and bringing life back to neighborhoods by turning houses into homes.
