Diana Bartlett joined the team at Ingham County in 2022 to create the role of Housing Trust Fund Coordinator in the Ingham County Treasurer’s Office. The Housing Trust Fund was established to support projects and housing programs that encourage the construction and improvement of affordable housing opportunities, and increase access to safe, affordable housing throughout the County. Prior to working on housing issues, Diana worked for five years with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Division of Victim Services administering statewide grants funding services for survivors of sexual assault, human trafficking, domestic violence, and child abuse. Diana has also worked extensively in the public health space, including time as a Policy Specialist with the City of Portland, Oregon working to advance paid sick time and paid leave policies. Diana holds a B.A. in Social Policy and Relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University, and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. In her spare time Diana enjoys exploring Michigan, especially “up north,” and hanging out at home with her husband, two teenagers, two dogs, and one guinea pig at their home in East Lansing.
