Shama Mounzer is the Chief Programs Officer at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency, where she leads strategy, operations, and performance across more than 70 programs serving communities throughout Wayne County. With over 16 years of nonprofit leadership experience, she oversees a diverse team of more than 600 staff and drives integrated service delivery across housing stability, energy and water assistance, early childhood education, workforce development, and crisis response.
