Jill Ferrari has 30 years of experience spanning real estate development, legal practice, and consulting. She is a Partner at Schenk & Bruetsch, PLC, leading the firm’s Real Estate & Economic Development practice, and co-founded the Elevate practice group serving female executives and founders.

Jill also co-founded Renovare Development, a commercial real estate firm focused on attainable housing and mixed-use projects, with over $100 million in development. Renovare was named “2025 Developer of the Year” by Michigan RE Journals.

Jill is the 2025 EPA Phoenix Award recipient and has received numerous honors recognizing her leadership in real estate and redevelopment. She teaches urban and regional planning at the University of Michigan, serves on national housing advisory boards, and is a founding board member of the Women’s Sustainable Development Initiative.
