Travis Alden is Client Relationships Leader at SME with 20+ years of experience in community and economic development across Michigan and beyond. He's spent his career finding creative solutions, building relationships, and helping communities, projects and clients get to "yes."

Travis has led organizations of all shapes and sizes, from the Manistee Downtown Development Authority to the Historic Vogue Theatre of Manistee, to the Barry County Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development Alliance, and most recently served as Senior Director of Community Development at The Right Place, Inc., where he supported regional initiatives and real estate development across West Michigan.

At the end of the day, Travis is most energized working with small towns and rural communities. He believes every place has untapped potential, and he's built his career on helping people unlock it.
