Andy Uzzle has been in the affordable housing industry for 22+ years and currently serves as the Branch Chief for the Asset Resolution Specialist team for the Detroit Satellite Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Andy has been in this role since September 2017 after joining HUD in April of 2015. Prior to his tenure with HUD, Andy worked for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for 11+ years serving in various capacities such as a Department Analyst and Program Specialist in the Performance Based Contract Administration program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business from Michigan State University and is a proud dog dad to his golden retriever.
