Eric Hanna is the President & CEO of Michigan Community Capital, a state wide CDC, CDE and CDFI, focusing on downtown revitalization and workforce housing. MCC operates a development company, loan fund, and New Market Tax Credit practice and focuses on some of the most challenging small and medium scale projects across the state. Eric has worked in regional banks in the consumer real estate and the ICRE space, at the MEDC as the Director of Debt Capital Markets, and volunteers with several housing and community development organizations in the Lansing area.
