Brooke joined Cinnaire in 2022 as an Asset Manager, Stabilized Assets. She oversees a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments and maintains
business relationships with investors, developers, accountants, attorneys, property managers, housing finance agencies and lenders to ensure compliance and
financial stability of the projects. Brooke’s career has focused on providing housing for vulnerable populations. She worked for Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) for more than 10 years, her last position as an Asset Manager, where she oversaw three subsidized-housing properties, maintained budgets, conducted annual inspections, processed reports for MSHDA, investigated residents’ concerns and supervised staff. Prior to that, she served with GRHC as a Lead Leased Housing Specialist, Section 8 Coordinator and Resident Services Specialist, developing problem-solving skills that enable her to evaluate different situations and achieve desired results. Brooke earned a BS in Psychology from Ferris State University, a Masters in Social Work (MSW), and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Grand Valley
State University.
