Justin Kremers serves as Asset Manager, Construction and Lease Up, in Cinnaire’s Grand Rapids Mi office where he oversees a portfolio of real estate debt and equity
investments. His responsibilities include ensuring the financial success of the partnerships, continuing compliance with the executed partnership agreement, quarterly and annual reporting, and adherence to regulatory agreements. As a real estate professional, Justin is driven by a desire to improve communities and individual
lives through intelligent design, financing, development and quality, careful management of real estate assets. His areas of expertise include commercial real estate finance, underwriting, acquisitions/transactions, asset management. Prior to joining Cinnaire, he served as an associate in acquisitions for Agree Realty Corporation, where he sourced and closed over $100 million in new acquisition opportunities by leveraging broker/owner relationships. While earning anMBA, Justin also served as an Intern for ShopCore Properties where he developed investment summaries for potential acquisitions and completed in-depth analysis for properties in California.
Justin received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Architecture from Calvin College and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison – Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.
