Debbie Powell is the Village Manager for the Village of Cass City. Ms. Powell is a Certified Public Manager. She is the past Chair and currently serves as the Secretary of the Tuscola County Economic Development Board. She is committed to community development and economic growth in Cass City and Tuscola County. Ms. Powell is the owner of SugarHouse Sweets and Gift Shop in Cass City. She is a member of the Cass City Rotary Club and Michigan Municipal Executives. She serves as the Chair of the Finance Council for Good Shepherd Parish. Ms. Powell has over 25 years of service in the public sector including previous employment with the City of Saginaw and the City of Bay City, Michigan.
