Vince Ebersoldt is the founder of Ebersoldt + Associates Architecture in St. Louis, Missouri. His firm specializes in multi-family housing throughout the US with a focus on affordable housing, historic preservation, and modular housing. An Architect, Real Estate Developer, and part time resident of Beaver Island, Michigan, Vince, his wife Meg, and their son Campbell (also an affordable housing developer) have recently completed the Juniper, a 12 unit modular workforce housing project utilizing MSHDA MI Neighborhood funding. Vince has previously shared the logistical, financial, local authority processes, and transportation related challenges of developing housing on the most rural of the inhabited Great Lakes islands across the region with the Great Lakes Island Alliance and its 25+ member islands.
