The goal of this session is to explore the stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that your students may be struggling with, so that you can achieve optimal performance with your ensemble members. We will look at what research and clinical best practice have to tell us, so that we have a better understanding of the topic, an informed strategy to help our students, and a structure of support as they learn to cope with their very personal struggles.
