Cancellation and Payments

• Community Progress will accept credit cards and ACH as methods of payment.
• Requests for cancellation must be made in writing by August 31, 2026 at events@communityprogess.org
• Cancellations requested on or before July 31, 2026, will result in a 100% refund less a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations requested between August 1 - 31, 2026 will result in a 50% refund less a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellations received on or after September 1, 2026 cannot be refunded due to confirmation of meal costs.
• Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive on time for the mobile workshops.
• Must be a confirmed RVP registrant on or before July 17, 2026 in order to receive the discounted registration rate
