Brian Lawrence, AICP serves as the Executive Director of the Westmoreland County Redevelopment Authority and Land Bank. He directs the operations, management, and strategy implementation for the organization.

He is a two-time graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, holding a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Geography, with an emphasis on Urban and Regional Planning. He serves on the boards of the United Way of Southwestern PA Local Advisory Board, City of Greensburg Planning Commission, Greensburg Community Development Corporation, and the Westmoreland Fayette Workforce Development Board.

Brian lives in Greensburg with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs.
