Rose Tardiff serves as the Director of Data and Evaluation for the City of Syracuse’s Department of Neighborhood and Business Development where she supports a small team of analysts and manages the department’s portfolio of data analysis, mapping, program evaluation, and digital infrastructure projects. Rose collaborates with divisions to manage systems for data collection, reporting, and analysis and sets the overall strategy for leveraging data to measure impact and inform the direction of investments, programs, and policies. Rose is a geographer by training with prior roles in neighborhood planning and environmental GIS.
