We’ll talk though a recently funded affordable housing development targeting LGBTQ+ Elders covering community led development, integrated supportive housing, blended management, and culturally competent supportive service delivery. Full Circle Communities, Inc. (FCC) is developing Raymond E. Shepherd House, a high-quality, affordable housing community located in downtown Ferndale. The project has been designed and planned with feedback from local LGBTQ+ service and religious organizations and will target members of the LGBTQ+ Elder community. While not restricted to LGBTQ+ identified tenants, the unit mix and amenities offered on site are designed to reduce housing barriers and address specific health and wellness concerns experienced by this group.
