James Dow (he/his) is a Project Manager with Full Circle communities and is supervising the Raymond E. Shepherd House development. James has extensive experience with the LIHTC program and also has real estate experience with single-family for sale housing and commercial real estate developments. James serves on the Associate Board and Housing & Facilities Committee for Sarah’s Circle, a Chicago non-profit focused on ending Women’s Homelessness.
