Graham Atkin
Graham Atkin received his PhD in neuroscience from the University of Michigan, where he studied Alzheimer’s disease. He is now an assistant professor in the Division of Human Anatomy and Department of Neurology and Ophthalmology at Michigan State University. He teaches about the nervous system to medical students at both the College of Osteopathic Medicine and the College of Human Medicine, as well as neurology residents, undergraduate pre-health students, and more. He is also involved in educational outreach with patients and families experiencing dementia and is one of the faculty advisors for Spartan Street Medicine. In the summers he is faculty at the University of Michigan, where he teaches and directs Shakespeare.
