Jessie Langmeyer

Jessie Langmeyer is a second-year medical student at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is one of two chief coordinators for Spartan Street Medicine. Jessie is also the trip liaison for the International Osteopathic Medicine Organization at MSU. She spent a gap year working in a women and children’s transitional housing shelter and at a small clinic in Haiti. In 2019, Jessie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology / pre-medicine, with a minor in chemistry at Cornerstone University of Grand Rapids, MI. During college, she ran track and cross country; she also started a ministry, The Fringe, which aimed to help students connect with and serve those experiencing homelessness in Grand Rapids. These experiences have shaped her passions and vision for her career as a future physician. Jessie aims to also obtain a Masters in Public Health and continue serving underserved people groups.
