This session will take a look at current federal appropriations and policies that are impacting the homeless and at-risk populations. The session will discuss the current HUD budget, Executive Orders, and HUD policies that are impacting local and statewide systems to prevent and end homelessness.  Participants will learn what is happening at the federal level and how it will impact those on the ground providing support in the community.  Additionally, participants will gain knowledge to better engage with elected officials.
