Description

In an era of rapid change and complex organizational challenges, sustaining momentum is critical for strategy and planning professionals tasked with driving transformation. A Deep Dive to Reclaim Your Energy: Transform Stress into a Thriving Resilience Strategy Masterclass is a 3-hour, strengths-based experience that leverages the Strengthscope® Assessment to help leaders and managers understand what energizes them, what drains them, and how to harness strengths to lead initiatives and teams with clarity and impact.
Participants receive a personalized Strengthscope® report, including their top 7 energizers, a 24-strength profile wheel, and recommendations for developing strengths to achieve peak performance. During the masterclass, the Trainer and Coach will guide an interactive debrief, helping participants apply insights to strategy, project management, and organizational priorities.
Using a shared language of emotional energy intelligence, participants will learn to:

  • Align tasks, projects, and team roles with natural motivators to maximize productivity and flow
  • Build collaborative strategies that leverage team strengths for higher impact
  • Identify and manage energy drains that reduce effectiveness in high-stakes planning and decisionmaking

Interactive exercises will focus on key momentum-building skills for leaders:

  1. Understanding differences in energizers and drainers across teams
  2. Practicing flow to sustain engagement during complex initiatives
  3. Managing personal and team energy for optimal performance
  4. Strengthening strategic execution and collaborative skills

By the end of the session, strategy and management professionals will have a strengths-based emotional
energy development plan, enabling them to reclaim vitality, drive momentum, and lead transformation with
confidence, focus, and purpose.
