Fresh off a new strategic plan, how did one organization take steps to ensure the plan can be implemented? Alignment of their operating model was deemed to be crucial to execution and keep the momentum gained during the planning process on track. Using a proven organizational design approach, the planning team was kept in place and their meeting cadence was maintained, the Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County (CSC) quickly assessed their operating model and identified needed changes in order to be successful during execution.
