Brook Rolter is the founder of Rolter Associates, a management and organization development consulting firm based in Arlington, VA. Brook holds an MBA and certifications in Organization Development and Change Management, is a certified Balanced Scorecard Master Professional, a licensed Performance Measurement Specialist, and a former National Baldrige Quality Award examiner.
