Lindsey Bishop Gilmore (she, her, hers) brings over 15 years of experience and passion in creating of affordable and supportive housing solutions working to address systematic racism and working toward justice. Lindsey supports communities in system change efforts that are informed by people with lived experience. As a Senior Program Manager for the CSH Michigan Office, Lindsey coordinates and delivers trainings across the state to advance Quality Supportive Housing. Additionally, she works closely with government partners at the state and local level to prioritize funding and policy to advance SH creation and housing solutions to prevent and end homelessness. She has served as Senior Program Manager in the Illinois Program and began her career at CSH as Program Manager in the Michigan Program. Prior to CSH, Lindsey worked at the Washtenaw Housing Alliance in Ann Arbor, MI, and at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Lindsey earned a BSW from the University of Kentucky and an MSW from the University of Michigan. Lindsey was raised on a family farm in Kentucky and currently lives in Detroit with her husband and two adorable dogs.
