Catherine Distelrath is the Director of CSH�s Michigan team, overseeing the training, capacity building, and hands-on support provided by CSH throughout the state of Michigan. Catherine has worked in the field of housing and homelessness since 2014, with experience in both state government and nonprofit work. Most recently, Catherine managed the Coordinated Entry System for the Detroit Continuum of Care where she oversaw several large-scale system improvements. She also worked very closely with stakeholders in other sectors such as the public education and workforce development systems to create more effective and strategic coordination. Catherine has a passion for data, in particular coupling data with firsthand experiences to drive decision making and change. She is a licensed macro social worker who received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan.
