Jasmine Morgan, Senior Program Manager: Jasmine has 12 years of experience with housing, supportive services, systems change and in areas of health care delivery for people experiencing housing instability. Her experiences are collected from various opportunities in nonprofit, federal, state and local government organizations. Jasmine’s passion for building capacity with providers and helping to streamline processes comes from her work as a supportive housing provider. She has served as the lead for coordination, management and implementation of programs across Michigan CoCs to assist individuals and families who are experiencing homeless and other trauma. At CSH, she provides system transformation technical assistance, analysis, and support to healthcare and government partnerships working to coordinate with homeless and supportive housing providers. Jasmine has a BA from Bowling Green State University and Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University. As a lifelong Michigan resident, she is very passionate about neighborhood development and ending chronic homelessness.
