Introduction to HUD's new Section 3 Rule that became effective on November 30, 2020 with an compliance date of July 1, 2021. Session will include an overview of the Section 3 Rule, when it applies to HUD funding, what is required to comply with Section 3, how to become a Section 3 business, where to find Section 3 workers, and tools available to assist grantees in meeting Section 3 requirements.
