When Covenant HealthCare began their Extraordinary Neighbors Program they didn’t know where to start. Thankfully their partnership with Saginaw-Shiawassee Habitat for Humanity built a replicable model for housing development and a foundation for a successful community revitalization program that has benefited both organizations in Saginaw.
