This session uses a hands-on approach to creating compliant Tenant Files with a focus on HOTMA impacts to income/asset verification. We will give new advice on how to maintain tenant files, what forms are required, optional, or obsolete, and ways to reduce the burden of certifications on site-staff/tenants.
