We are so excited to offer our college and university partners the opportunity to connect with not only music educators at the virtual conference, but also prospective students and their families as they navigate their search for higher music education during the pandemic. We will be hosting a virtual Music College Fair in 2021!

Host your Music College Fair booth throughout the full conference (unattended), with dedicated fair time to connect live on video on Saturday, January 30th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Fair booth features include:

	Commercial on Home Page (1) - SOLD OUT Offer a video greeting or organization commercial to all conference attendees on the home landing page of the virtual platform. Commercial is suggested to be a maximum of one minute for best engagement.
	Virtual Waiting Room (3) - $500 When entering an education session, all attendees will be placed in the virtual waiting room (per track) up until one minute prior to the session start time. Sponsor this waiting room to include the following: A video greeting or organization commercial Logo placement – clickable to organization website Contact information Link to your exhibit booth (booth reservation not included)
	Session Welcome Slide (1) - SOLD OUT Place your logo on the welcome slide to be shown at the start of each education session. Talk with us about the opportunity to offer a speaker/session introduction!
	Chat Box (1) - SOLD OUT Add your logo to the chat box on the Community page where educators will connect, discuss session information, preview the attendee listing, and find conference announcements.
	On-Demand Library - SOLD OUT Attendees can maximize their learning and number of SCECHs by viewing a selection of pre-recorded educational sessions in our on-demand library page. Place your logo – clickable to your organization’s website – on this page to support these special offerings.
	Performance Hall - $250 Place your logo – clickable to your organization’s website – on our page to acknowledge our MMC performance groups, special honorees, and show selected video performances. We will still come together “on stage” for these special recognitions, join us!
	Ribbon Wall - $250 Our attendees love to add those fun, colorful ribbons to their name badges at an in-person event to display their personality and share their common interests. Our Ribbon Wall page will offer an assortment of virtual backgrounds (ribbons) for attendees to download and display on their screen when attending education sessions. 	Technology Lounge - SOLD OUT All of our technology session offerings will live in our new technology lounge! Technology committee representatives will host a virtual happy hour here, be available in a live chat box for questions and connecting, and some additional fun elements. Sponsorship includes logo placement clickable to organization’s website.
