Description
When we think about Orff Schulwerk, we often think of xylophones. But Orff Schulwerk is about so much more than playing instruments! Come take part in lessons that employ the Orff Schulwerk approach without using instruments. This session will include tried and true lessons you can take right back to your elementary general music classrooms.

The participants will get a basic overview of the Orff Schulwerk approach to teaching general music.

The participants will explore how Orff Schulwerk uses movement, speech, and play to teach music.
Learning Objective 3
