This workshop will focus on being able to adapt or reinvent your career when presented with changes. Some that are beyond your control: Moving for a spouse's job, losing your position due to reconfiguration, or cuts to your program. Some that are your choice: changing focus, grade level, district, or choosing to stay home with small children. Attendees will come away from the clinic with ideas to use the skills they already have to view change as an opportunity to better their career and life.
