As a music educator for 35 years, Jed established a nationally recognized orchestra program for the Chelsea School District, Chelsea, Michigan. After retiring from Chelsea in 2019, Jed is now the Director of Music Education for the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, Jackson, Michigan. He has conducted all-state and regional orchestras in Minnesota, Kentucky, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Ohio.
