Stacey Bowen is in her 23rd year of teaching Middle and Upper School Orchestra at Detroit Country Day School; and is the M/S Performing Arts Chair.
Stacey is active in the music community frequently sought out to work with students in Michigan and Indiana. She has worked as a clinician for pre-festival, Solo and Ensemble, and Mid-Level String Clinics. Stacey has served on the board for the District IV MSBOA as Vice President of Solo and Ensemble. She was voted Teacher of the Year for MSBOA District IV in the 2018-2019.
Stacey Bowen studied Violin Performance at MSU and earned her Masters’ in Violin Performance from the UT Austin. Stacey is a free lance musician for Go 4 Baroque.
