Focusing on the Needs of Big vs. Small Schools: Recruitment for Beginning Ensembles

In this session, we will be focusing on the different needs of big and small schools during the recruitment process for beginning ensembles. The foundation of this successful recruitment process comes from years of experience at a class B middle school and then adjusted to accommodate the different needs of a class D middle school. You will walk away from this session with a step by step process that we have found consistently successful in our different communities.

Attendees will learn how different recruitment processes can positively work regardless of their school/program size.
