In this session, we will be focusing on the different needs of big and small schools during the recruitment process for beginning ensembles. The foundation of this successful recruitment process comes from years of experience at a class B middle school and then adjusted to accommodate the different needs of a class D middle school. You will walk away from this session with a step by step process that we have found consistently successful in our different communities.
