Wendy Stuart is the Orchestra Director for the Clarkston Community School and conductor of the Philharmonia Orchestra, Oakland Youth Orchestras. The 2020-21 school year marks Ms Stuart's 21st year in Clarkston. Ms Stuart is a frequent clinician and adjudicator in addition to maintaining an active performing career. She serves as the principal cellist in the Oakland Symphony, assistant principal in the Saginaw Bay Symphony, and performs regularly in the Flint Symphony as well other orchestras/ensembles in southeast Michigan. She holds a Bachelor of Music in cello performance from Eastern Michigan University and teaching certificate and Master of Music, Music Education from the University of Michigan.
