Lauri A. Hogle, PhD was appointed to the music education faculty of Oakland University in 2018, where she teaches undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students in music education. She earned a BM in Music Therapy (University of Evansville), music teacher certification (Georgia State University), a MM in Music Education with Kodály Emphasis (Colorado State University), and a PhD in Music Education (Oakland University). She presents at international and national music education conferences and has published her work in the Bulletin of the Council for Research in Music Education, International Journal of Education & the Arts, and Research Studies in Music Education.
